The beginning of the JaMaura story ...

Jacob created the name "JaMaura" in a PR moment kind of like Beniffer or Brangelina.

Our journey began at Palmer College of Chiropractic. We graduated as doctors of chiropractic on June 13, 2008. Our academic journey at Palmer ended and our new journey is beginning.

I experienced the "summer of I never" in IL, TN, and MN. Some of my "I nevers" include:

• riding a John Deere mower
• fishing and catching many types (blue guys, small mouth bass, northern pike, walleye ...)
• hooking a leech to fish
• skydiving
• wild blueberry hunting
• knee boarding
• cliff jumping
• jumping in the IL river

Tommorow (9/3/2008) we depart for an amazing 3.5 month journey through Central and South America. We will update the blog periodically.
